Our stretch-fit hats are available in two sizes:

S/M — 6⅞ to 7¼

L/XL — 7¼ to 7⅝

For the best fit, measure around the widest part of your head where the hat will naturally sit.

If you fall directly between sizes, fit preference may determine which size feels most comfortable.

Want something people don't expect?

Add a custom full-color design underneath the brim.

Under-brim artwork can coordinate with your front design or become an entirely different visual element.

Landscapes, patterns, photographs, artwork, company branding, team graphics and other colorful designs can turn the underside of the brim into one of the most distinctive parts of your hat.

Actual print area and design placement will depend on the hat construction and artwork.

3. Place Your Order

Complete checkout through our shop.

4. Send Your Details

After checkout, send us:

• Your order number
• Desired hat color
• Logo, artwork or design
• Names or custom wording
• Preferred colors
• Placement instructions
• Any additional ideas or requests

Please provide the highest-resolution version of your artwork available.

Vector artwork is preferred for logos when available, but don't worry if you don't have it—we'll review what you have.

5. Approve Your Proof

We'll prepare a digital proof for your approval before production.

Check your:

• Names
• Spelling
• Colors
• Artwork
• Print locations
• Overall layout

Your order includes one reasonable revision.

Major artwork reconstruction, extensive logo cleanup or substantial redesign may require an additional design fee. We'll discuss any additional charge with you before proceeding.

6. WE PRINT & SHIP IT ✦

Once your proof is approved, your hat moves into production.

We'll print your custom design, inspect your finished hat and carefully package it for shipping.

Production begins once we've received all required customization information and your design approval.

You don't need to arrive with finished artwork.

If you have an idea but aren't sure how to turn it into a hat design, send us what you have.

That could be:

Bulk pricing will depend on quantity, number of print locations, artwork and whether every hat uses the same design.

Orders requiring different names, artwork or personalization on individual hats may be quoted separately.

✦ PLEASE NOTE

Colors may appear slightly different in person due to differences in screens, materials and printing.

Print size and exact placement may vary slightly because of the curved construction and seams of the hat.

Some artwork may need to be adjusted to work properly on a particular print location. We'll discuss significant changes with you before production.

Please review your digital proof carefully. Once a design has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Personalized products are created specifically for you and may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a problem with the finished item. Please review our shop policies for complete details.
