Welcome to Starforge Studio. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
Starforge Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders containing prohibited, unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate content. If we cancel an order before production, any applicable payment will be refunded.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information, including names, dates, wording, sizes, colors, quantities, and other requested details.
Please review all information carefully before submitting your order. Starforge Studio is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Because customized products are created specifically for you, custom and personalized orders are generally final sale once production begins.
Design Proofs & Approval
Some custom orders may include a digital proof before production. When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing the entire design, including spelling, placement, colors, dimensions, and other details.
Once a proof is approved, it is considered authorization to begin production. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or production delays and may not always be possible.
Digital proofs are intended to represent the finished design, but colors and appearance may vary slightly between screens and the finished physical product.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
By submitting photographs, logos, graphics, trademarks, text, designs, or other materials to Starforge Studio, you represent that you own the material or have permission and any necessary rights to use and reproduce it for the requested product.
You agree not to submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
Starforge Studio may refuse any project when we believe the supplied material cannot legally or appropriately be reproduced.
Product Variations
Many of our products are individually produced using processes such as laser engraving, vinyl application, sublimation, DTF printing, heat pressing, and 3D printing.
Minor variations in color, positioning, texture, engraving depth, wood grain, print appearance, or other characteristics may naturally occur. These reasonable production variations are not considered defects.
Product colors may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.
Production Times
Processing and production times are estimates and may vary based on customization, order quantity, material availability, equipment, current order volume, and other circumstances.
If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before purchasing. We cannot guarantee completion or delivery by a specific date unless expressly agreed upon.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Deliveries Policy. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from our production time and are not guaranteed by Starforge Studio.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Custom and personalized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error made by Starforge Studio.
Intellectual Property
The Starforge Studio name, logo, original graphics, photographs, product designs, website content, and other original brand materials are owned by Starforge Studio or used with appropriate permission and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without authorization.
Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of any underlying design, artwork, or intellectual property associated with that product.
Custom Design Work
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom design services are provided for the purpose of producing the products ordered from Starforge Studio.
Creation of a custom design does not necessarily include transfer of editable design files, source files, commercial reproduction rights, or exclusive ownership of the design.
If you require exclusive rights or production-ready design files, please contact us before placing your order so those rights can be discussed separately.
Product Safety & Intended Use
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any care or safety instructions provided.
Some 3D-printed, engraved, decorative, or customized products may contain small parts or may be intended for decorative use only. Products should not be given to children when they are not specifically designed or identified as suitable for children.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Starforge Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use, misuse, delay, or inability to use our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Website Use
You may use our website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, misuse its content, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Changes to These Terms
Starforge Studio may update these Terms & Conditions as our business, products, or services change. The current version will be posted on our website with its effective date.
