2. TELL US YOUR IDEA

Send your photos, artwork, logo, handwriting, sketch, inspiration or other information.

Not sure exactly what you want?

That's okay. Tell us what you're thinking and we'll help you develop the idea.

3. RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE

We'll review the project and determine the appropriate:

• Product/material
• Production method
• Design requirements
• Quantity
• Pricing
• Estimated production timeline
• Additional options

You'll receive your custom quote before the full order moves forward.

4. CUSTOM ORDER DEPOSIT

This listing is a $10 Custom Order Design Deposit.

The deposit allows us to begin developing your custom project and is credited toward the final price of your approved order.

For example:

Custom Order Quote: $47.99
Deposit Paid: −$10.00
Remaining Balance: $37.99

The deposit is not an additional fee when you proceed with the quoted order.

Once custom design or project-development work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.

Simply contacting us to discuss whether a project is possible does not require a deposit.

5. APPROVE YOUR DESIGN

When your project requires custom artwork, we'll create a digital proof for your approval.

You'll have the opportunity to check:

• Names
• Dates
• Spelling
• Colors
• Artwork
• Layout
• Placement

One reasonable revision is included unless otherwise stated in your quote.

Additional revisions, extensive artwork changes, photo restoration or substantial redesign may require an additional design fee. We'll discuss any additional charges with you before performing that work.

6. FINAL PAYMENT

After you've approved the quote and design, we'll provide a way to complete payment for the remaining balance of your custom order.

Production begins after all required information, approvals and payments have been received.

7. WE CREATE YOUR ORDER

This is where your idea becomes real. ✦

We'll produce your custom item using the materials and production method selected for your project.

Each finished order is inspected before packaging.

8. YOUR ORDER SHIPS

Once complete, your creation will be carefully packaged and sent on its way.

You'll receive shipping/tracking information when applicable.

Then comes the best part — opening something made specifically for you.

Because custom projects can vary dramatically, the $10 listing price is not the total cost of a custom product.

Final pricing depends on factors such as:

• Other project-specific requirements

You'll know the price of your project before committing to the completed order.

Custom-order turnaround varies depending on the product, materials, quantity and complexity of the project.

If you need your order by a particular date, tell us before purchasing so we can determine whether your requested timeline is possible.

A requested date is not guaranteed until we've confirmed it with you.

✦ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Submitting an idea does not guarantee that Starforge Studio can produce it. Some materials, products, designs or production methods may not be compatible with our equipment or processes.

We will confirm feasibility before accepting the complete custom order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permission to reproduce submitted photographs, logos, artwork and other protected material.

We reserve the right to decline projects we cannot safely, legally or reliably produce.

Colors and appearance may vary slightly between digital proofs and finished products due to differences in screens, materials and production methods.

Because custom products are made specifically for you, completed personalized orders may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a problem with the finished item. Please review our shop policies for complete details.
